Q1: How about your company?

A1: Our company is a professional manufacturer of custom made pin badges, medals, keychains, patches, lanyards, silicone wristbands and etc.

 

Q2: I’ve never purchased from China before, how to order?

A2: First of all, you can contact us by email (info@maypromo.com), and our professional sales representative will give you immediate answers to any questions and guide you to finish the order step by step.

 

Q3: What is the MOQ and what is the price?

A3: We don’t have MOQ limitation for most of our products and please feel free to send us any request you have. The cost of our products depends on the designs, size, colors, finish, quantity and you’d better send us your specific request, and will make quotation as soon as possible.

 

Q4: What's the order process?

A4: Customer send us requirement with design > We submit quotation> Customer confirms to order and payment > We create artwork > Customer approves > Production > Shipping

 

Q5: What are the payment methods?

A5: You can pay for your order by Telegraphic Transfer (T/T), PayPal for small amount order and Western Union.

 

Q6: Can I get pre-production samples of products I order?

A6: Yes, of course. We’ll make samples after mold cost is paid. We will take pictures for you to check if you’d like to save freight charge.

If you need physical samples, we will send you by courier before bulk production.

 

Q7: Can we make change after order is placed and artwork is approved?

A7: If the production is not started yet, the change is OK. If it’s during the production, extra cost will be at customer’s cost after artwork approval process. So we kindly suggest that you check all details carefully before confirm the artworks.

 

Q8: Can we change the shipping address?

A8: Yes, if you’d like to change shipping address, please inform us before we send the goods to you. Please email us with your new shipping address and your order details, we will correct for you.

 

Q9: How do you ship my order?

A9: We can ship the orders by DHL, UPS, FEDEX, TNT or other express with door to door service, and by air or by sea for bigger quantity orders.

 

Q10: How do I know my order is shipped?

A10: We will provide you the shipping advice after the order is sent. It can be tracked on internet with the tracking number for courier shipment We will send you B/L draft copy for sea shipment and airway bill copy for air shipment. 

Q11: What if I received wrong products?

A11-1: If customers provide wrong info and confirm wrong artwork and you will need to afford the extra cost for replacement.

A11-2: We will check really carefully before shipping, if you really receive the wrong products, and it’s factory that made the wrong products, we'll remake for free.

 

Q12: Can you make glittering color, glow in dark color, epoxy items?

A12: Yes, we have glittering color, glow in dark color and other special color for lapel pins, silicone products, lanyards and etc.  

 

Q13: I need something really urgent, how fast you can produce it?

A13: It’s about 4-7 days for rush orders, depending on products and the production schedule at that time, but we’ll surely provide you the fastest delivery time we can do for you.

 

Q14: Did your quotation include import tax?

A14: No, according to international practice, we will afford the tax of exporting from China, and the customers are supposed to afford the importing tax of their own country.
